Marine Mud Body Wrap

A highly active body wrap to detoxinate and condition the skin. Formulated with finely ground, calcified seaweed rich in minerals and trace elements to help restore tone and vitality, whilst helping to cleanse and condition.

Skin type/condition: Those requiring a deep detoxinating effect. Those with dimpled, orange peel textured skin. May also be used on blemish prone areas.

Do not use if taking Thyroxine due to the interaction with Iodine within the formulation. Also avoid if taking essential medication – blood pressure, heart, anti-coagulants etc, due to the detoxifying actions of the blend eliminating and potentially reducing medication levels in the body.

Benefits: Conditions and refines the appearance of the skin. Refreshes the skins texture and gives a more nurtured, supple appearance. Encourages a more healthy system.

Key ingredients: Laminaria Digitata provides an array of minerals trace elements and vitamins. Lithothanium Calcareum help restore tone and vitality. Fucus Vesiculosis boosts and assists with detoxination.

Salon use: For a full body application dispense 100ml (2 level 50ml scoops) of Marine Mud Body Wrap and apply to the body in a thin layer. Wrap the client in appropriate covering* (spa sheet or foil blanket), then cover with towels or blanket to keep client warm. Avoid application to wounds or broken skin. Leave on skin for 20 to 30 minutes.

Remove with warm moist mitts or steam towels customised with chosen Hydrolat. Alternatively direct client to shower if a wet room facility is available.
