Enzyme Peel

A clay based exfoliant with fruit enzymes and absorbing clays, to gently remove dull skin, lift impurities and soften follicle impactions.

Skin type/condition: Normal, oily, congested and breakout prone skin.

*Avoid using if taking medically prescribed Ro-accutane/Iso-tretinoin or exfoliating medication.

Exfoliating agent:
Proteolytic enzymes – derived from Pineapple and Papaya digest the topmost corneocytes in a nonabrasive, non-aggressive way. Activated by moisture, the biological activity of the enzymes breaks down the topmost skin cells into small fragments revealing smooth soft fresh skin.

Key ingredients:
Papain and Bromelain derived from Papaya and Pineapple, thoroughly yet gently digest corneoctyes revealing bright,
fresh polished skin. Kaolin, a powdered clay refines the pores and absorbs excess oils. Bentonite, a colloidal clay lifts excess oil and impurities from the skins surface while drawing comedones to the surface ready for effective extractions. Lemongrass essential oil offers additional purifying and aromatic benefits.

Benefits:
The gentle action of fruit enzymes offers a superb exfoliation without irritation or aggravation. Natural clays absorb excess sebum leaving skin deeply cleansed of surface oils. Loosens follicular impactions making it the ideal exfoliation option to use prior to comedone extractions.

Salon use:
Dispense required amount into a small bowl, add a few drops of water and mix with an Eve Taylor fan brush into a light consistency, continue to apply a thin even layer to face, neck and décolleté.

Direct steam to face for 5-10 minutes to maintain moisture and activity of enzymes. Alternatively, if no steamer is available, place a single layer of dampened gauze over face to maintain moisture levels and enzymatic activity.

Steam or damp gauze is required to ensure Enzyme Peel does not dry as enzyme activity will cease upon the product drying.

Remove thoroughly from the skin using hot towels, mitts or sponges.
